A share in the Bahama Village Docks, Inc, is attached to the ownership of that property and may be transferred to the new owners as part of the sale which will allow the new owners use of a slip in the BVD Docks for a fee. I've attached a draft of the disclosure agreement (see Document attachment) that lays out the details of this shareholding system and the process for transfer of the share. Note that this is a draft document and there may be slight changes before it is finally approved. Note also that the slips are all in the process of renovation.
